How does the loyalty program work?

Each project can activate and configure its own loyalty program: points per euro spent, points for event check-ins, a streak bonus for consecutive visits with a configurable threshold, an optional point deduction on successful ticket transfer, and your own currency name such as POINTS, COINS or STARS. Members climb an unlimited number of tiers defined by lifetime points, each with its own name, colour, icon, minimum score, point multiplier and benefits, and tier evaluation runs automatically on every point credit.

Strictly one organizer, one balance

Rewards carry an explicit project ID in the database, redemption validates project membership again, and both admin and public endpoints query by project directly. Points earned with one organizer can never be spent with another.

  • No. Rewards carry an explicit project ID, redemption re-validates that the reward belongs to the current project, and queries run project-scoped. Points and rewards are strictly bound to the organizer that issued them.

  • Automatically: on purchase using the amount multiplied by the tier multiplier, on every scanned event check-in, and as a streak bonus for consecutive visits above the configured threshold. Purchase points are also granted when a payment is confirmed later by webhook.
