Sponsors

Give sponsors somewhere real to appear

Maintain the sponsor pool once at project level, decide per event who is shown, and place their logo on the ticket itself.

In short

How does sponsor management work?

Sponsors are maintained centrally at project level as a shared pool, so a long-term partner is entered once rather than per event. For each individual event you then control whether and which sponsors are visible, and sponsors can be presented publicly both project-wide and per event. Because the ticket designer can pull sponsor logos straight from the project list, a sponsorship can also appear on the ticket, the Apple Wallet pass and the PDF rather than only on a web page.

  • Central sponsor pool per project

  • Per-event control over who is shown

  • Sponsor logos selectable in the ticket designer

Capabilities

Sponsorship that is actually visible

  • 01

    Project-wide pool

Sponsors are maintained centrally at project level, so recurring partners are entered once and reused everywhere.

  • 02

    Per-event control

For each event you decide whether sponsors are shown at all, and which ones from the pool appear.

  • 03

    Public presentation

Sponsors can be presented publicly both project-wide and per event, so the placement matches the deal.

  • 04

    Sponsor logos on tickets

The ticket designer offers sponsor logos from the project list as a placeable element, next to text, tokens and QR code.

  • 05

    Consistent across outputs

A sponsor logo placed in the ticket design carries through to the Apple Wallet pass, the email ticket and the PDF attachment.

  • 06

    Shop placement

Because the shop is part of the same project, sponsor presence in the storefront and on the ticket stays consistent.

Sponsors

A placement worth selling

A logo on a web page is easy to promise. A logo on every ticket, wallet pass and PDF for a sold-out event is a measurable placement — and it costs nothing extra to deliver once the sponsor is in the pool.

How it works

Placing a sponsor

  1. 01

    Add to the pool

Enter the sponsor once at project level with the assets you were given.

  2. 02

    Choose the events

Decide per event whether sponsors are shown and which ones from the pool appear.

  3. 03

    Place on the ticket

In the ticket designer, drop the sponsor logo into the layout for the ticket types that carry it.

  4. 04

    Publish

The placement goes live on the public event presentation and on every ticket output at once.

FAQ

Sponsor questions

Ask the team

  • Yes. The ticket designer offers sponsor logos from the project list as a placeable element, so the placement carries through to the Apple Wallet pass, the email ticket and the PDF attachment.
  • Yes. Sponsor visibility is steered per event, so a partner tied to one date does not appear on every other event in the project.
  • Sponsors can be presented publicly both project-wide and per event, in addition to any placement inside the ticket design.
